One of the funniest word in the English dictionary is the verb: "try".  What does it mean anyway? The gist, is how can you try to do something?  Don't understand the question?  Then stop what you are doing, put a pencil or any light object near you in front of you.  I would like to challenge you to try to pick it up.  Go ahead.  Did you pick it up?  Then, you didn't really "try" to pick it up.  You actually picked it up.  Try again...  Get it now?  The futility of trying to do something should make us refrain from using the verb in almost all context.…
