During his recent campaign for Congress, Arizona resident Ben Quayle, son of Dan Quayle, stated in a televised ad that, "Barack Obama is the worst president in history." He went on to state that, "Somebody has to go to Washington and knock the hell out of the place." We may wonder, then, what happened to the ideas that we could agree to disagree and that we didn't have to accept someone else's ideas, but we did respect their right to have those ideas.  …
